Mild Fatty Change in Liver (Grade I)
- Increased hepatic parenchymal echogenicity.
- Increased attenuation of ultrasound beam.
- Well visualized intrahepatic vessels.
- Well visualized diaphragm.
- May or may not be associated with hepatomegaly.
- Common in obesity, diabetes, pregnancy.
