Testicular Torsion
- Swollen testis & epididymis.
- Homogeneous or heterogeneously hypoechogenic parenchyma.
- Intratesticular anechoic area of necrosis.
- No intratesticular venous flow.
- Absent or reduced intratesticular arterial flow.
- Peritesticular increased arterial flow.
- Mild reactionary hydrocele.
- Thickened scrotal skin.
