  • Swollen testis & epididymis.
  • Homogeneous or heterogeneously hypoechogenic parenchyma.
  • Intratesticular anechoic area of necrosis.
  • No intratesticular venous flow.
  • Absent or reduced intratesticular arterial flow.
  • Peritesticular increased arterial flow.
  • Mild reactionary hydrocele.
  • Thickened scrotal skin.
